Israeli officials said torn on responding to ship attack blamed on Iran
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIsraeli officials are uncertain if and how forcefully to respond to a deadly drone attack on an Israeli-linked ship that has been blamed on Iran, according to Channel 12 news.
The indecision is reportedly due to concerns such a response could refocus attention on Israel, though the network says another consideration is that Israel has already created a dynamic in which it will respond to any attack.
