On X, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei claims the US entered the war because it felt that if it did not, Israel would be “completely destroyed.”
“However, it achieved nothing from this war,” he says. “Here too, the Islamic Republic emerged victorious and, in return, delivered a hard slap to America’s face.”
“With all that commotion and all those claims, the Zionist regime was practically knocked out and crushed under the blows of the Islamic Republic,” he argues.
