Lapid says if guilty, Arab MK is a ‘miserable traitor’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleYesh Atid leader Yari Lapid says that if MK Basel Ghattas of the Joint (Arab) List is guilty of passing telephones and SIM cards to a pair of Palestinian security prisoners then he is “a miserable traitor” who deserves to be in jail.
Lapid says he wants Ghattas stripped of his immunity and not impeached, which will take too long.
“If he is guilty, he is a miserable traitor who should be sitting in prison, not touring the world in the next few years telling everyone he is being politically persecuted.
