Liberman says Hezbollah stashing weapons in houses along border
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleLiberman tells UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres the Hezbollah terror group is stashing weapons and missiles in civilian houses along the Israel-Lebanon border.
“Hezbollah is putting various weapons, including missiles and rockets, in civilian houses in villages and cities along the border, aimed at Israeli citizens,” says Liberman. “The Lebanese government and residents of southern Lebanon must know that Israel will act with very great force in a confrontation during which rockets are fired at its citizens.”
He reiterates comments by Netanyahu earlier in the day that Iran is setting up missile production centers in Lebanon.
