MK Mansour Abbas’s son hit by car, seriously injured

Mohammad Abbas, the 15-year-old son of Ra’am chairman Mansour Abbas, has been seriously injured after being hit by a car in northern Israel.

The politician’s son was riding his motorized bicycle in his hometown of Maghar, an Arab city in the Upper Galilee, when a car hit him and threw him from the bike.

Paramedics who handled the accident say they found the boy lying in the middle of the road, conscious but suffering from severe wounds. He was taken to the Tzafon Medical Center for further treatment and later transferred to Haifa’s Rambam Health Care Campus. He is in stable condition.
