Obama won’t endorse candidate before primary
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleWhite House chief of staff Denis McDonough says President Barack Obama will not endorse a presidential candidate before the 2016 Democratic primary election.
“We’ll do exactly what has been done in the past,” McDonough reportedly tells NBC’s “Meet the Press.” According to Reuters, McDonough says the president will be “out there” to campaign once the Democratic candidate is set.
