Palestinian driver who hit woman turns himself in, claims incident an accident
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Palestinian driver who ran over an Israeli woman in the West Bank has turned himself in to Palestinian authorities.
He claims the incident was an accident.
Military sources say the running assumption is now that this was a hit-and-run, not a terror attack.
