Parts of doomed EgyptAir flight wash up on Israeli beach

Parts of the EgyptAir passenger jet that crashed on May 19 are believed to have washed up on the beach in Netanya, authorities say.

The sections of the plane appeared on the shoreline this morning, and Israel has informed France, from where the plane departed, and Egypt of the discovery.

Netanyahu has instructed the relevant bodies to communicate with Egypt in order to hand over the sections of the plane, perhaps as soon as tomorrow, the Prime Minister’s Office says.
