Peretz to Abu Khdeir: Murderers worse than animals
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleEnvironmental Protection Minister Amir Peretz (Hatnua) visits the bereaved Abu Khdeir family in Shuafat, and pledges that those responsible for the death of their son will be dealt with harshly.
“Both I and my children cry with you — even animals don’t do what was done to your son,” he tells Hussein Abu Khdeir, according to the Ynet news website. “We must prove, both to you and the entire world, that we will deal with them more severely than we deal with terror organizations.”
Abu Khdeir requests that the culprits’ homes be demolished, and Peretz says the government will weigh the possibility.
