Saudi source on Trump’s normalization demand: Tweets don’t overturn signed deals

After US President Donald Trump claimed the civilian nuclear deal his administration signed yesterday with Saudi Arabia would actually be conditioned on Riyadh joining the Abraham Accords, American journalist Laura Rozen quotes an unnamed Saudi source who says Trump’s demand is too late.

“It was signed. So nothing to renegotiate,” the Saudi source says. “Tweets don’t overturn signed agreements.”
