‘Siren and a large explosion’
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on Google“There was a siren and a large explosion,” a Lachish resident tells Ynet.
The sirens are a rude return to last summer for area residents, who took on thousands of rockets while Israel and Gaza fought a 50-day war.
Since then, only a handful of rockets have been fired, though army officials and others have warned that Hamas is rearming in preparation for a new battle.
