Turkey deploys tanks, artillery near Iraq border
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe Turkish military is deploying tanks and artillery to southeastern districts near the Iraqi border, military sources say.
The 30-vehicle convoy left Ankara for Silopi, the sources tell AFP, adding that it was now close to Adana province in southern Turkey.

The sources did not explain why the convoy was being sent.
