Wildfire between Tel Aviv and Jerusalem under control; routes 1, 6 reopened in both directions
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe wildfire in the Ben Shemen area, between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, has been brought under control, say the police and Fire and Rescue Services.
Routes 1 and 6 are reopened for traffic in both directions.
“Officers are still present at the scene, aiding in directing the flow of traffic. The driving public is asked to heed the officer’s instructions,” police note.
