Motorcyclist killed in collision outside Jerusalem

Riders of second motorcycle involved in crash on West Bank highway both moderately hurt

A motorcyclist was killed late Friday outside Jerusalem in a collision with another motorcycle.

The Magen David Adom ambulance service said medics declared the 20-year-old’s death at the scene.

The rider of the other motorcycle, also in his 20s, was moderately hurt.

Medics took the two to a hospital in Jerusalem.

The deadly crash occurred on Route 437, near the Adam interchange in the West Bank.

According to officials figures, 335 people have died in vehicular crashes since the start of 2022.
