5 killed in West Bank car crash between Israeli, Palestinian vehicles

Five people are killed and three injured in a car accident in the northern West Bank, the Magen David Adom emergency rescue service says.

The collision between the Israeli truck and Palestinian work van occurred on Highway 6235 near the settlement of Shaked.

According to reports, the 5 fatalities were all Palestinian.

Three others injured in the crash are being transported by an IDF helicopter to Haifa’s Rambam Hospital for treatment.
