Arab MK rips US for dropping term ‘occupation’ in regards to West Bank
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleArab lawmaker Ayman Odeh rips the United States after a new State Department report on human rights dropped the term “occupation” in reference to the West Bank.
“Trump and Netanyahu are trying to deny — and the centrist parties tend to stammer — but in the West Bank, Gaza and East Jerusalem there is an occupation and no wording will succeed in rewriting history,” Odeh writes on Twitter.
“Any effort to remove the Palestinian issue from the agenda will end in bitter failure,” he adds.
