A barrage of projectiles is fired at a number of Israeli towns close to the border with the Gaza Strip.
Sirens sound in Nir Am, Sderot and Mefalsim.
According to reports, the Iron Dome missile defense system intercepts a number of projectiles fired at Sderot.
The barrage comes shortly after the most recent wave of Israel Defense Forces strikes on terror targets in the Gaza Strip.
