Belgium maintains highest threat alert level

Belgian Prime Minister Charles Michel says that the terror alert remains at the highest level for a sustained “serious and imminent” threat against the capital.

Michel states that, like last weekend, authorities fear a Paris-like attack, “even perhaps at several locations.”

He adds that schools and the subway system in Brussels will remain closed.
