Biden moves slightly ahead of Trump in Wisconsin

Democrat Joe Biden moves slightly ahead of US President Donald Trump in Wisconsin, with 95% of the votes there counted.

Some 49.4% of the votes are for Biden, while 49.1% are for Trump. Fewer than 9,000 votes separate the two.

Winning Wisconsin would greatly boost Biden’s chances of winning the White House race, but he would still need a win in at least one other battleground state.
