CENTCOM chief visits Israel, meets with Zamir, senior IDF officials – report

Emanuel (Mannie) Fabian is The Times of Israel's military correspondent

US Central Command chief Adm. Brad Cooper was in Israel today and met with IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir and other senior military officials, the Kan public broadcaster reports.

Cooper, who arrived from Bahrain, has since departed for the United States.

There is no immediate comment from the IDF or CENTCOM.
