Four reported dead in Kyiv amid ‘massive’ Russian air attack
At least four people were killed and about 10 injured in Ukraine’s capital amid a major drone and missile attack that has been ongoing for several hours, Tymur Tkachenko, head of Kyiv’s military administration, says on the Telegram messaging app.
One of the dead has been identified as a 12-year-old girl, although that has not been officially confirmed, Tkachenko says.
Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha says the “massive” air attack on the country has involved hundreds of missiles and drones.
