IDF confirms Lebanon airstrike, says it targeted Hezbollah’s so-called construction unit

The IDF confirms carrying out an airstrike in the Tyre area of southern Lebanon a short while ago, saying it targeted operatives in the terror group’s so-called construction unit.

The operatives were targeted while gathered at a Hezbollah site, which the IDF says was used to “produce equipment used by the organization’s terrorists to restore terror infrastructure” that was destroyed in the fighting last year.

The military adds that the operatives’ activities constitute a violation of the ceasefire.
