IDF issues evacuation warning ahead of airstrikes on Hezbollah sites in Lebanon’s Tyre

The IDF issues an evacuation warning in the coastal Lebanese city of Tyre, ahead of airstrikes against Hezbollah sites.

“The IDF will attack military infrastructure belonging to the Hezbollah terror organization in response to its prohibited attempts to rebuild its activities in the area,” says army spokesman Col. Avichay Adraee.

Civilians are urged to distance themselves at least 300 meters from several sites marked on a map.

Meanwhile, Hezbollah taunts Israel with its own evacuation warnings for the northern towns of Nahariya and Kiryat Shmona.

Israel has said it is not evacuating any northern towns and instead has launched a ground and air offensive aimed at pushing Hezbollah away from the border.
