IDF says missile from Yemen intercepted

The IDF says it has intercepted a single missile fired by the Houthi rebels in Yemen.

There are no immediate reports of impacts, injuries or damage after sirens sounded in parts of central Israel and the southern West Bank.

It is the 91st ballistic missile fired toward Israel by the Houthis since March 18, when the IDF resumed its offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip. At least 41 Houthi drones have been launched at Israel during that time.

Over 40 ballistic missiles and more than 100 drones and cruise missiles were launched during the current war by the Yemeni rebels at Israel before the January 2025 Israel-Hamas ceasefire.
