IDF blocks attempt to smuggle three M-16 rifles from Egypt via drone

The IDF says that troops thwarted another attempt to smuggle weapons into Israel from Egypt overnight.

According to the military, surveillance units and the IDF’s aerial monitoring system identified a drone crossing into Israeli territory from the west.

Forces from the Paran Regional Brigade intercepted the drone, which was carrying three M-16 rifles and magazines.
