Initial probe shows Jerusalem hit-and-run was an accident
An initial police investigation shows the incident this evening in Jerusalem was not a car-ramming terror attack but a hit-and-run accident.
Traffic police officers sought to check the details of a driver, who escaped in his car and hit two pedestrians.
The driver then exited the car and tried escaping on foot. Police officers chased him and succeeded in arresting him, Ynet reports.
