Islamic Jihad working with Egypt on new ceasefire draft
Ziad Nakhaleh, the deputy secretary-general of the Islamic Jihad, says he is working with Egypt to reformulate the conditions for a ceasefire with Israel.
He says the earlier draft for a truce was rejected because it equated “the executioner and the victim.”
