Israel condemns ‘reprehensible’ Cairo bombing

Israel has sent out a statement condemning the bombing at a cathedral in Cairo that left 25 people dead as a “reprehensible terror attack.”

“Israel shares in the grief of the families of the victims and the Egyptian people,” the statement from the Prime Minister’s Office reads. “We must unite forces and fight terrorism together.”

Netanyahu earlier condemned a double bombing in Istanbul, but with the caveat that Jerusalem expected Ankara to also condemn terror in Israel.
