Knife-carrying Palestinian arrested at Hebron checkpoint
A Palestinian man who approached Border Police officers in the West Bank city of Hebron armed with a knife has been arrested, police say.
Officers guarding a checkpoint near the Tomb of the Patriarchs pointed their weapons at the suspect, as he threw the knife to the ground.
He was arrested and taken for questioning.
