Likud youth wing calls for Bezalel closure over naked PM art

The youth wing of Netanyahu’s Likud party is calling for the closure of Bezalel Art Academy following the appearance of a second drawing mocking the PM, this time depicting him as naked.

“We are looking for creative ways to describe the disgusting [images] sweeping Bezalel in recent days, and admit it is a little difficult for us. It seems that some Bezalel students are confused between freedom of expression and the art of clear incitement,” says Likud Youth chairman David Shain, according to Channel 2.

“An academic institution that backs this kind of low and perverse incitement has no right to exist,” Shain says. “We urge the authorities to act quickly against the instigators and close the gates of Bezalel pending a full clarification. Act today before God forbid it is too late.”
