No deal better than committing to humiliating truce, says PIJ
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA Lebanon-based Palestinian Islamic Jihad official says it is better for the Palestinian delegation in Cairo for ceasefire talks to return to the Gaza Strip without a deal than to sign a humiliating document.
Nonetheless, the official concedes that Egypt, currently in the role as mediator, will be given enough time to successfully negotiate a permanent ceasefire, Israel Radio reports.
