Police: Jerusalem attacker shot while trying to stab guard
Israel Police say the terrorist shot by security forces in Jerusalem was a knife-wielding Palestinian who ran to attack a security guard protecting a family walking through the Damascus Gate.
Officers on the scene who saw the Arab man with the knife shot him.
No other injuries besides those of the attacker are reported.
