Rivlin to Orban: Neo-fascism a threat to the world, feeds nationalist hate

President Reuven Rivlin tells Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban that “neo-fascism is a threat to the entire world” and feeds nationalist hate.

The Hungarian statesman has been accused of playing up anti-Semitic stereotypes and being a symbol of Europe’s move toward the hard right.

Orban in response assures Rivlin that Hungary has zero tolerance for anti-Semitism and points out that his country hosts one of Europe’s largest Jewish communities.
