Several Jerusalem schools, apartments evacuated after fire breaks out between buildings
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleSchoolkids and residents of several apartment buildings are evacuated from their homes in Jerusalem’s Ir Ganim neighborhood after a fire breaks out in an area between buildings, according to police.
Police say officers and firefighters have so have so far cleared two apartment buildings, a school and two preschools.
Several people are being treated for smoke inhalation.
There is no current danger to other buildings in the area, according to a police statement.
