As senior Israeli and Syrian negotiators meet in Paris, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan is in the French capital as well to participate in the Coalition of the Willing summit, which is bringing together 35 backers of Ukraine.
Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad Al-Shibani is meeting Fidan in Paris to discuss “regional and international developments,” according to a Syrian readout.
