Palestinian accused of raping girl in parking lot denies charges and says it was just a robbery

The Palestinian man accused of forcing a young couple to have sex while he watched and then raping the girl himself claimed the incident was only a robbery.
“I stole their cellphones, but I didn’t rape anyone,” the 21-year-old man told Tel Aviv Magistrate’s Court. He is facing charges that early on Saturday morning he conducted a brutal rape at knife-point in the bathroom of a parking lot in the city.

The man, who lives in the area of the West Bank town of Nablus, has been living and working in Tel Aviv illegally.
