Two killed as bus collides with car in southern Israel
Two others helicoptered to hospital after crash on route 234, driver lightly injured, no passengers hurt on bus

Two people were killed and another two others were moderately injured Thursday in a collision between a bus and a car in the south of the country.
The dead and injured, occupants of the car, were all men in their twenties, the Magen David Adom paramedic service said.
The crash happened on Route 234 between the towns of Tze’elim and Urim in the Negev region.
MDA paramedics declared the two victims dead at the scene. The two injured men were given initial medical treatment and then taken by helicopter to Soroka Medical Center in Beersheba.
The bus driver suffered light injuries and there were no injuries to passengers on the vehicle.
