Amateur photographer shoots lawmaker playing on his cellphone during prime minister’s speech

The unidentified MP was caught by an amateur photographer playing a virtual soccer game, enthusiastically swiping his finger on the screen in an effort to score goals.
At one point in the video the legislator, who doesn’t realize he is being filmed, even appears to be boasting of his goal-scoring prowess to a colleague sitting next to him.
