A masked gunman robbed a post office bank in downtown Holon on Tuesday and fled on foot. It was the second robbery in the central Israeli city in as many days.
The post office, which also offers banking services, is located on Hatanaim Street.
Police were investigating whether the robber was the same individual responsible for a spate of robberies last year.
That serial bank robber is wanted for 14 crimes in the past 12 months, including the murder of a bank guard in Be’er Yaakov and the shooting of a man during a heist in Upper Nazareth.

On Monday, a gunman robbed a bank in Holon, shooting into the air and escaping on a motorcycle. The serial robber is known for using a motorcycle as an escape vehicle.
The masked robber entered the Mizrahi Tefahot bank on Hamashbir Street in Holon, disarmed the guard at the door at gunpoint, fired his pistol in the air, and told everyone to lie on the floor.
The robber then stole tens of thousands of shekels from the bank and fled the scene.
