4-year-old Beit Shemesh stabbing victim in moderate condition, undergoing surgery
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe 4-year-old who was stabbed along with another young child in Beit Shemesh earlier today is in moderate condition and is undergoing surgery, Hadassah Medical Center says in a statement.
The boys were stabbed in an apartment in the central Israeli city and taken to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital. The other child, 7, was declared dead after arriving at the hospital.
The incident is not being treated as an act of terror. A suspect, reportedly a neighbor, has been arrested and is thought to be mentally unstable.
