Cairo talks resume
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleIn Cairo, negotiators say talks resumed at 11 a.m.
The four-member Israeli delegation arrived at Cairo International Airport earlier this morning.
Bassam Salhi, a Palestinian delegation member, says he is optimistic.
“We hope to reach a deal within the 72 hours, based on ending the blockade and opening the crossings,” Salhi says.
