After being questioned under caution by the police, Deputy Military Advocate General Brig. Gen. Gal Asael has been released to house arrest, Channel 13 reports.

Asael was questioned as part of the investigation into the Sde Teiman abuse video leak. He oversaw an internal investigation in the Military Advocate General’s Corps into the leak, which did not implicate former MAG Maj. Gen. Yifat Tomer-Yerushalmi, who resigned last week after admitting she was behind the leak.

Channel 13 adds that Asael has been suspended from the Military Advocate General Corps.
