High Court rejects petitions against IDF’s open fire orders on Gaza border
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleThe High Court of Justice rules to unanimously reject petitions by rights groups against the IDF’s open fire orders.
The petitions had been submitted following the deaths of dozens of Palestinian protesters from live IDF fire on the Gaza border.
The IDF has said that the demonstrators targeted were not peaceful and that the soldiers acted as necessary to protect the border.
