Incendiary balloon from Gaza lands on college campus fence
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleA balloon from the Gaza Strip lands on a fence on the Sapir College campus in the town of Sderot, forcing authorities to close down the area until a police sapper can remove it, according to a spokesperson for the regional council.
It is not immediately clear if the balloon is carrying a simple incendiary device or an explosive.
“We have to wait for the sapper,” the spokesperson says.
