Man shot dead near Nazareth
A man in his 20s was shot dead in Yafia, an Arab town west of Nazareth, medics say, in the second violent killing to occur in and around the major city this week.
Magen David Adom paramedics say they found the young man unconscious and pronounced him dead at the scene.
Police have opened an investigation into the incident and are searching for suspects, law enforcement officials say.
Ahmad Haj Odeh, 21, was shot dead in Nazareth yesterday evening. Hours later, police arrested a suspect in connection to the shooting, a 19-year-old resident of the city.
