Minister insists ‘king’ Netanyahu won’t be toppled by graft probes
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAt the pro-Netanyahu rally in Tel Aviv, Communications Minister Ayoub Kara insists the prime minister won’t be toppled by the corruption investigations against him.
“We are saying here that there is one king who has been crowned by the public. Anyone who wants to get rid of him should go to the ballot box, you won’t get rid of him with bottles, or ice cream and definitely not champagne,” Kara tells The Times of Israel.
I am not complaining about the legal authorities, I trust them, and support them. But there are those who are trying to pressure them and we won’t allow it,” he says.
