No injuries reported from large bombardment
The Magen David Adom ambulance service says it has received no reports of people injured by the large rocket barrage fired at central and southern Israel.
However, one man is receiving medical care after he fell while running to a bomb shelter. In addition, a number of people are being treated after suffering panic attacks brought on by the rocket fire, MDA says.
A dramatic picture shows several trails as interceptors are sent skyward to knock down the missiles.
