No prayer in unprotected Ashdod synagogues
Add ToI as a Preferred Source on GoogleAshdod Mayor Yechiel Lasri orders the Shabbat shutdown of those synagogues without a bomb shelter, reports Kikar HaShabbat.
“Shabbat prayers must not be held in synagogues where there is no protection,” Lasri says.
“Therefore, anyone who wants to pray should choose a synagogue that has [a bomb shelter].”
