Palestinian Authority updates death toll from Jenin operation to 8

The Palestinian Authority health ministry raises the toll of the Israeli military’s raid in the West Bank city of Jenin to eight.
The ministry does not immediately identify the latest fatalities.
Earlier, Palestinian health officials said 27 people were wounded, including seven seriously, as a result of the IDF’s airstrikes and during clashes with Israeli troops.
The ministry says the death toll is likely to rise further due to there being several critical injuries.
