A government investigation committee into last September’s breakout from Gilboa Prison has decided to give official warnings to four individuals in the Israel Prison Service as it continues its probe into the scandal.

The four are IPS chief Katy Perry, her deputy Moni Bitan, Northern District chief Arik Yaakov and Gilboa Prison warden Freddy Ben Shitrit.

The committee, having concluded its initial testimony-hearing phase, is informing the four that they could be hurt by its eventual conclusions.
